Revocation of coverage of the Wagga Wagga natural gas distribution network (Draft recommendation)

Having considered the submissions and the application, the Council’s preliminary view is that all of the pipeline coverage criteria are satisfied. Accordingly, the Council proposes to recommend to the relevant Minister that he decide not to revoke coverage of the Wagga Wagga gas distribution network.

The Council’s draft recommendation is available for download below. Interested parties are invited to make written submissions on the draft recommendation before 5:00pm on Monday 15 July 2013. The period for submissions has been extended from the date originally set and stated in the draft recommendation of 8 July 2013.

Submissions, including a completed cover sheet, should be emailed to the Council at gas@ncc.gov.au (in both MS Word and PDF formats).
