Application for revocation of coverage of the Dawson Valley Pipeline (Final recommendation and decision)
On 4 August 2014 the Council provided its final recommendation to revoke coverage of the Dawson Valley pipeline to Minister Macfarlane. Under the NGL the Minister is required to use his best endeavours to make his decision within 20 business days.
On 8 September 2014 the Council received Minister Macfarlane’s decision and statement of reasons. The Minister's decision was to make a coverage revocation determination for the Dawson Valley Pipeline. The Minister’s decision and statement of reasons are available for download below.
