Applications for declaration of jet fuel supply infrastructure services at Sydney airport (Submissions on application)
The Council received 14 submissions in response to the Jet Fuel infrastructure declaration applications made by BARA. In addition to the submissions received by the 21 November 2011 submission deadline, the Applicant, Caltex and The Sydney JUHI JV have provided some further material. This material comprises:
- A further Supplementary submission from BARA relating to arguments contained in submissions objecting to the applications for declaration.
- A letter from Gilbert+Tobin on behalf of Caltex, including an Attachment A responding to some of the submissions made by some parties in response to the BARA application, and a correction to information provided in Figure 5 Caltex's Submission on the application.
- A report prepared for Gilbert+Tobin by NERA Economic Consulting - The issues addressed in this report were raised in Caltex's submission on the application and the Council agreed to accept this supporting report provided it was received shortly after the submission deadline.
- A report from Frontier Economics for Allens Arthur Robinson (representing the Sydney JHUI JV) - again the issues raised in this report were addressed in the Sydney JUHI JV submission and the Council had agreed to accept this report.
- A report from RBB Economics for The Sydney JUHI JV - supporting report in relation material submitted by the Sydney JUHI JV in its submission on the application
The public versions of these materials, as well as the submissions, are available for download below. All submissions relate to both applications, except that made by the Sapere Research Group which concerns the application for the Sydney JUHI only.
The Council does not intend to accept any further submissions from any party prior to publishing its draft recommendations in relation to these applications.
