Application for certification of the South Australian Ports Access Regime (Submissions on application)

The Council invited interested parties to make a written submission on South Australia's application for certification of the South Australian access regime by 26 February 2021. Three submissions were received which are available below.

On 10 May 2021 the Council issued a notice requesting information from interested parties. The Council received three submissions in response to the information request which are available below.
