The National Competition Council is supported by a secretariat that delivers the NCC’s research, analysis and policy advice.

Corporate and staffing services for the NCC are provided by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) under a Memorandum of Understanding. Staff supporting the NCC are employed through the ACCC and work as part of the NCC secretariat.
