Application for declaration of the Goldsworthy Railway (Outcome & subsequent events)

On 14 November 2008 BHP Billiton Iron Ore (BHPBIO) sought a review of the Treasurer’s decision to declare the Goldsworthy Service.

On 30 June 2010 the Tribunal affirmed the Treasurer's decision to declare the service for a period of 20 years commencing on 19 November 2008 and expiring on 19 November 2028.
