Application for certification of the Queensland Rail Network (Submissions on draft recommendation)

Submissions on the Council's draft recommendations closed on 14 October 2010. The two submissions received on the draft certification recommendation are available for download below.

On 13 October Asciano Ltd notified the Council of the withdrawal of the application for declaration (see below). (The original letter was incorrectly dated. The correct date of receipt has been annotated on the version available below.) Consequently, the Council will not make a final recommendation to the designated Minister is respect of declaration of the Central Queensland Coal Rail Network.
