Application for certification of the Western Australian rail access regime (Submissions on draft recommendation)

The period for supplementary submissions on the Council's draft recommendation ended on 6 October 2010 and three submissions were received which are available for download below.

The Council provided the opportunity for parties to make supplementary submissions in light of the submission from Roy Hill Infrastructure Pty Ltd (see below) which raised a number of issues that the Council considered it should allow the applicant and other interested parties to respond to before finalising its recommendation.

The initial submission period closed on 16 September 2010. The Council received four submissions which are available for download below.
