Application for light regulation of the Allgas Gas Distribution Network (Submissions on application)
The period for interested parties to make submissions on the application closed on 23 February 2015.
The Council received one submission by the due date which is available for download below. The Council received a late submission from AGL Energy Limited after the submission deadline which is also available for download below.
After it has considered the submissions the Council will publish a draft decision and seek further submissions prior to making a final decision on whether to make a light regulation determination in respect of the AGDN.
