Certification of NSW Water Industry Access Regime (Draft recommendation)
On 2 April 2009 the Council released its draft recommendation.
The Council invited interested parties to make written submissions on the draft recommendation prior to the Council providing a final recommendation to the Commonwealth Minister. Written submissions on the draft recommendation should be made to the Council under the cover of a completed Submission Cover Sheet (included with the guide to and information on making a submission). Information on making a submission is available below. A period of 30 days was available for written submissions. The closing time and date for written submissions was 5.00pm, Monday 4 May 2009.
