Jemena Pipeline Reclassification (Draft recommendation)
Pursuant to s 129 of the National Gas Law and in accordance with the National Gas Rules, the Council proposes to reclassify the Northern Trunk and Southern Trunk pipelines as distribution pipelines as requested by Jemena. The decision is available for download below.
The Council now seeks further submissions from interested parties in response to its draft decision and reasons. Submissions on this draft decision must be provided to the Council no later than 5pm on Tuesday, 23 June 2009. The Council’s final decision can be expected on or before 21 July 2009.
