Application for a 15 year no-coverage determination for proposed QCLNG Pipeline (Draft recommendation)
In accordance with the National Gas Law and Rules, the Council has determined that the QCLNG Pipeline is a transmission pipeline, and proposes to make a recommendation that the application for a no coverage determination be allowed. The classification determination and draft recommendation are available for download below.
Interested parties may now make submissions in response to the Council's draft recommendation. Submissions on the draft decision must be provided to the Council no later than 5pm on Thursday 15 April 2010.
