Please refer to the menu on the left-hand panel to access the Council's publications. The Council's guides to declaration, certification and the National Gas Law as well as the templates for applications can be found under Guides and application templates.
The Council intends to update its Guides to reflect recent legislative changes and other developments, in particular those resulting from the passage of the Trade Practices Amendment (Infrastructure Access) Act 2010 and the Competition Tribunal's decisions in relation to the declaration of various Pilbara iron ore railways.
The Council expects these updates will be available within three months.
Until these updates are completed there is a heightened risk that some parts of the Guides may not reflect recent amendments or represent the Council's current approach to particular issues.
